Settlement of Derby Street Purchase.
Working with Platinum to ensure circuit boards are upgraded and compliant for commencement in January 2025. They have their work cut out for them but it is great to work with specialists in their field who are here for the long term and invested in ensuring our students, staff and community are protected.
During Term 3, AC Aire optimised data and provided quotes for Building B, C, and D's air conditioning assessment, preparing for January upgrades. In August, the grounds team revitalised the gardens, transforming them beautifully. September saw Priority Painters refreshing the interiors, with further plans to paint the parapets soon.
High Performance Unit & HPE Flooring foundation is primed and ready for the next instalment thanks to the multiple weeks of work completed by Gordon flooring!
Our sporting stars will be keen to know there is work in progress, turning this space into the new light and airy High Performance Unit and HPE space. Foundations are important and we thank Gordon Flooring for their commitment to ensuring the groundwork is primed for the flooring installation.
Upgrades are underway for the Hospitality Canteen, including the installation of energy-efficient equipment. Platinum Electrical is updating circuit boards and lighting in Building C, while Gordon Flooring is installing new flooring for the HPU. Over the next weeks, Calliope Plumbing is setting up a fire hydrant system, and AC Aire is maintaining and updating air-conditioning systems to ensure compliance and readiness for January's operations.
